Junior Golf
The Gaylord Area has an excellent Junior golf program that includes golf clinics with instruction provided by the First Tee of Northern Michigan, "on course" golf events & family fun night for kids age 7-17.
The Michaywé Pines Golf Course will host registration for the 2026 “GAJUGA” season on Thursday, April 30th from 5:00 pm to 5:30pm.
Kids should bring their golf clubs and plan to "Meet the Coaches" from 5:30pm - 6:30pm (April 30th).

The Michaywé Pines Course is an official “Youth on Course” facility during the 2026 season.
Junior golfers throughout the State of Michigan may join "Youth on Course" for an annual fee of $15.
Youth on Course members can walk the Pines Course for only $5.00 for 9 or 18 holes.
Advance reservations are required and you must identify your junior golfer as a YOC member at time of reservation.
Digital YOC ID & number is required at check in @ pro shop.
YOC accepted strictly Monday - Thursday after 4pm on the Pines
Course - rate applies to walking only.
