Junior Golf
The Gaylord Area has an excellent Junior golf program that includes golf clinics with instruction provided by the First Tee of Northern Michigan, "on course" golf events & family fun night for kids age 7-17.
The Michaywé Pines Golf Course will host registration for the 2024 “GAJUGA” season on Wednesday, May 1st from 4:30 pm to 6:00pm. Kids should bring their golf clubs and plan to "Meet the Coaches" from 5pm - 6pm (May 1).
The Michaywé Pines Course is an official “Youth on Course” facility during the 2024 season.
Junior golfers throughout the State of Michigan may join "Youth on Course" for an annual fee of $15.
Youth on Course members can walk the Pines Course for only $5.00 for 9 or 18 holes.
Advance reservations are required and you must identify your junior golfer as a YOC member at time of reservation.
Digital YOC ID & number is required at check in @ pro shop.
YOC accepted strictly Sunday - Thursday after 3pm on the Pines
Course - rate applies to walking only.
